  If you are in pain, find another doctor. The staff does not care if you are unable to work, they will give you "pain medicine to tide you over" for weeks. The quality of my life is horrible and they could care less. One star too many. No compassion.

  PLEASE READ (I am a medical professional myself) - I experienced all 3 doctors. Dr. Salinas the surgeon Dr. Vaughn the neurologist and Dr. Chin pain management... I'm am THOURGHLY DISAPPOINTED. First of all my appointments were all backwards... I should have seen neurologist then possible pain management and surgeon if needed and they were the exact opposite ... I was pretty satisfied with Dr. Salinas I will say that . However I saw Dr. Chin which Dr. Salinas referred me to and he asked why I was following up with him he had no notes??? Um I'm the pt so you tell me all this should have been transferred. He pretty much did nothing but collect a bill.... then I finally had my neurologist appt the main one to me since I'm having so many concussion problems and nuero problems... after Dr. Vaughn talked a wonderful game about how much they cared and they could do this and that for me , he was going to start me on 2 meds. I went to get one filled it was $300 - um cannot do that ... I called the next day and let them know. Didn't hear back until TODAY - A WEEK LATER ..... please believe this is not how you should run a practice I should not have to chase you down to help me I should not have to call more than once if I have a problem with a medication and it SHOULD NOT take you a week to get back to me regardless "if the doctor was out of town" or the other excuse " I just got the message yesterday " because the dr should have someone covering for him and staff should have provided this message immediately ! If you haven't guessed I have switched care. Hope this helps you!

  Extremely satisfied with Dr. Vaughn he is a wonderful doctor. He answered all our questions and concerns pertaining to my mother's health problems. We arrived late because we got lost and staff was nice enough to let us come in. I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn to any one who is in need of a caring and smart Neurologist. He showed great concern in my mother's care and has given us good hope in her recovery. GOD bless him and his staff keep up the great work.
