  I brought my daughter to Texas Health Emergency Room and got the ripoff bill. DO NOT step inside until research and know the cost!! What upset me was the service date was Dec 2015 and I didn't know that I still owe them from another 2nd bill that never sent to me to begin with and yet it came from a collection company in 2017? they've never send me the 2nd bill. Here they go after more than 1 year later and saying that I still owe another "astonish" amount! If I still owe why there is no bill/statement sending to me while I was paying the first one? why they wait and try to collect another amount after 1 year? What is the ripoff and unprofessional! Do not go here!

  Wow! My son's wrist was hurting from when we went skiing during spring break and it wasn't getting any better. I told my husband to run him up to get an x-ray to make sure there wasn't a small fracture. I told him to go to Legacy Urgent Care, which has always been awesome to us. For some unknown reason my husband did not listen and went here. HUGE mistake!!!! The doctor was terrible. She barely looked at my son's wrist and said I don't think there is anything wrong with it. They finally did do an x-ray and it showed a buckle fracture. The doctor then handed them a splint and said wear this for about a week and it will be fine. We have very good federal insurance and paid over $300 just to be seen. I am terrified of what we are going to be billed for this terrible medical treatment. We have 5 teenagers and have been to our fair share of places for breaks that always seem to happen on weekends or after hours. This is the worst doctor we have ever come into contact with. Stay away!
