  I have known Christy and her staff for over fifteen years and highly recommend them for insurance. When I moved to Frisco from outside the area, I interviewed three State Farm agents looking to continue the existing State Farm coverage that I had in place. I wanted to work with an agent who meets and exceeds my expectation of communication, service and professionalism. Over the years, I have had the 'opportunity' to file claims and Christy's staff has been excellent a=in making sure that things went smoothly. As Christy's office has grown over the years, there have been times that Christy was not personally available to talk with me due to her leadership responsibilities, and each one of her staff members has stepped up and followed through with Christy's personal level of excellence. I highly recommend Christy Brott at State Farm !!

  Highly recommend Christy Brott's State Farm office for homeowner's , auto and other insurance needs. We have been insured with Christy for many years and have had a few claims including hail damage, and loss of personal articles.
