  I work in a primary care practice in the Dallas area. My physicians and NP will only send their patients to Dr. Weisberg's office, so after sending countless of our patients there with excellent feedback, I decided to go see him myself. The office was easy to get to and I made my appointment directly from his website. This was very convenient because I'm not allowed to use the phone during business hours for personal reasons because our office is so busy, so I was able to make the appointment in the evening after dinner. Given the hoops that every practice has to jump through (i.e. insurance), Dr. Weisberg's staff does a great job dealing with them...in fact, better than our office typically does. I was impressed. His nurses who brought me back were very nice and Dr. Weisberg was super. He is probably the best explainer and question answerer I've ever seen. I've now seen him and his other providers several times all with good, positive experiences. Now I see why my office has been sending patients to his office for the better part of a decade.

  Terrible experience with Dr Weisberg and Staff. My son was treated for warts on his hand by both Dr and pa, 2 days before our 2nd treatment my sons wart was very inflamed and infected to the point a very large boil appeared. We called to be seen by the DR or PA the day the boil appeared but the very rude secretary felt we could wait till our appointment despite my son experiencing pain. On the day of our “2nd treatment” the Dr was not available and the Pa, after 1 minute felt the inflamed wart was a basic infection and oral antibiotics would cure the issue. Stating it’s no big deal. He then asked if we’d like to treat the wart despite my sons pain, which I refused. We were in and out in less than 10 min. 2 days later my sons pain was so bad we took him to the hospital, apparently my son had a terrible infection and was immediately taken into surgery to be removed. After testing the infection both the Children’s Plano ped surgeon and specialist confirmed my son was misdiagnosed by Dr Weisberg’s team and should have been hospitalized sooner. The infection affected an artery in between his pinky and ring finger that led up his arm and major organs. We then where kept in quarantine 4days after surgery because the infection was resistant to the IV antibiotics. Both children’s Plano surgeons and ped specialty department tried contacting Dr Weisbeg and received no response. I received a call 2weeks later from Dr Weinberg’s secretary who rudely asked why we missed our appointment, after I explained to her the issue she then responded that I should have called and cancelled ending the conversation. I’ve never written a review on any establishment, but we are still dealing with this issue which could have easily been prevented had Dr Weisberg and his team taken the time to treat my child with proper care.

  Horrible experience. We have waited for more than 1 and half hours and the doctor still not came. This is ridiculous to let a patient to wait that long! Will definitely not come again!!
