- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our dog had congestive heart failure that meds made worse and we went here on a Friday night. The staff was kind and compassionate. They gave us a buzzer to alert them so we could take all the time we needed to say good bye. They explained everything step by step and allowed us to choose which or all the steps we wanted to be present for. They gave him an anesthetic to make him sleep prior to the final step and when it wasn't enough, they got more and didn't charge extra. We chose not to be present for the final step. They brought him out for us to take home in a casket shaped box. This was a very difficult decision and they really helped us every step of the way.
