  Never again! My family and I bought a puppy there on May 29. In the 2 weeks we have had him; we've been back and forth to the vet several times (at least 6) due to him being so sick. He's been on 5 different medications to try helping. After the 1st week, I tried calling the store. Asked for a manager, no one working. I knew I was wasting my time chatting with an employee, but I voiced my concerns anyway. I was told someone would call me... never happened. Called again 2 days later; same scenario. I have now emailed the customer service email (yesterday) and again, I have yet to have anyone respond. The amount of money you spend is NOT worth the time you have to spend going back and forth to the vet (missing work) and the lack of communication back from the store. *UPDATE AS OF JUNE 16* Not a single person has still contacted me. No email responses. NOTHING! This is outrageous. My puppy is still SICK and sadly now is having breathing treatments done. This place is ridiculous! *UPDATE AS OF SEPT 12* As per the "response from owner" no one ever contacted me. We ended up going through the BBB because we couldn't get an answer back from the store... and again, no resolution. Complete joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

  I highly recommend get your next puppy from this frisco petland. They have puppy from almost all breeds. All puppy are healthy and have a great maintenance. They also employee a veterinarian who she take care of puppy and check them to make sure they are healthy.
