  Not very happy. I came in for treatment of moderate lower side pain. The doctor seemed kind of disinterested in my problem and was somewhat rude. I mentioned that it hurts to walk and go up/down stairs. He asked me if I like my job, and I said yes, then he said it sounds like I'm trying to get out of doing my job. I told him that I'm an engineer and spend all day at a computer, and it doesn't hurt to sit and do my job. He responded by saying he would kill himself if his job were to spend all day in front of a computer. So in two sentences, he managed to accuse me of lying about my problem - because anyone complaining of pain must be faking it, accused me of trying to commit some kind of disability fraud, and then insulted my line of work. He wrote me a prescription for ibuprofen (aka Advil or Motrin), after I told him that I've already tried stronger anti-inflammatories which did not help. He told me to "think positive" and give it a try. Why would I try something that I already know doesn't work? And why would I need a prescription for an over-the-counter medicine? Then he referred me to a different doctor in the same practice and wrote me a referral for physical therapy. I tried to ask why physical therapy would help when the problem hasn't been diagnosed yet, but he interrupted me and told me to stop trying to "engineer my way out of physical therapy", again insulting my line of work.
