- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been going to this doctor for a very long time. But recently, I was disappointed to find out that after spending a lot of money doing lab work, she refused to provide those lab results over the phone even though everything was normal (I got the lab work another way). I could understand not giving me info over the phone if the results were dire or if instructions needed to be given. I don't see why I have to pay an office visit when I already did pay that to do the lab work in the first place. I found out from a friend who does coding for doctors that they should not have charged an office visit if I didn't see a doctor. So why pay again for an office visit for results? I feel like she's about the money, maybe? When I mentioned my frustrations to my oldest daughter (who used to go there), I was surprised to find out she had been refused a prescription for birth control even though she had received it from this doctor in the past.November 03, 2017by Pati Doherty
