- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience at this hospital was Top Notch! I was taken to the ER, and unfortunately I have been a quite a few in my lifetime, and the staff and Doctor were very quick, efficient, informative and attentive to my needs. From the moment I stepped through the doors to the moment I left, I felt like I was part of the family and was being treated like it. The staff was everything I would hope for in a hospital staff and is by far the best I have ever dealt with. The only hospital that I have received the same level of genuine care was the Shriner's Hospital in Galveston. I will recommend Medical City Frisco to all my friends and family as I know they will be cared for with the utmost respect. Thank you Medical City Frisco for all that you do!
