  No respect for my time! Got a call around 9:30am to schedule an MRI. They scheduled my appt at 1pm. 12:55 I arrived and checked in and started filling out paperwork. They asked for payment prior to the procedure - which sounded strange to me - but oh well. My reimbursement card had not been activated, so after a 2 min phone call, everything was all set and they could process the payment in 15 minutes. Now is where things get aggravating. Receptionist: Can we take the 1:30 appointment ahead of you "because you checked in late". Me: I arrived 5 min prior to my appointment time - I checked my watch when I walked in. No, you can't bump me. Receptionist: You checked in at 1:09. Me: (calmly repeating myself, maybe she didn't hear me the first time) I was here 5 min prior to my appointment time - I checked my watch when I walked in. Receptionist: We check you in after the paperwork is done -you were supposed to arrive 15 min early. Me: No one told me that. Your representative told me my appointment was at 1pm. There was no mention of paperwork or arriving 15 min early. Receptionist: Can you come back in a couple hours? We are behind schedule now. Me: No, I can't come back later, my appointment is now. As we are having this conversation, I see them take the 1:30 appointment person back. (I heard them check in - and they were the only other people in the waiting room - a lovely older couple.) Receptionist: Can you wait until after the 1:30 person is done? It will only take another 15 minutes or so? Me: It's 1:25 now, I've already waited 25 minutes. Return my drivers license and credit card. I will have this done somewhere else. Receptionist: Are you sure? (handed back my cards) Me: Yes. And I left. Infuriating! Will not be back.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Quite accomadating, waiting area provides drinks and snacks with comfortable seating. Would recommend this diagnostic imaging facility to anyone that is in need of this kind of procedures.
