  Worst place I have ever been (Dr Allmon) couldn't even get a MRI done nor even a call back stating what's going on. And the lady answering the phone was rude as well what a waste of time. Even his own employees state he forgets everything and to add on I just received a bill for x-rays I never had done!

  This place is a joke. I came for severe chronic pain/discomfort in my back. I was seen by Dr. McKenzie. While nice, she had no interest in solving the problem except for throwing ineffective pills (painkillers that did nothing to alleviate pain) at me and recommending me to their in-house physical therapy. I did this therapy for weeks. The therapists (mostly assistants and not actual PTs) gave me a good 1st-time one-on-one examination. In all future visits in the following weeks, I was never re-examined for progress and never had another discussion with a therapist. I was simply being milked for money every week to do exercises I could do on my own (since they never watched me anyway). DON'T go here for real, severe issues. Maybe it's just Dr. McKenzie, maybe not. There are less risky places out there to go.

  This place is very unprofessional. It has been 3 days and they have not sent my prescription to my pharmacy. Called 4 times and every time give same stupid answer, our system will send it and your message will be sent to doctor too. OrthoTexas doctor and staff don't care at all. Very SAD

  Rediculous wait times, limited time with the doctor, he hardly listens to anything you say, 3 treatments no results after all the money you spend with insurance, expensive pain pills and muscle relaxers that don't touch the pain and you get stuck with a $9,000 bill because he used an out of network anesthesiologist. Save yourself time and grief, go somewhere else.
