- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 6 year old son was referred here to have some baby teeth and an extra adult tooth removed. It required conscious sedation. I'm a nurse and was TERRIFIED of the procedure, after so many awful news stories. But the staff at Stonebriar Facial and Oral Surgery went an extra few miles to make me comfortable. From having the surgical tech call me at home to go over the entire procedure and qualifications of Dr. Scott (He's an MD and a Dentist! So he can do his own anesthesia!!).. to the other staff giving me a thumbs up and mouthing "He's doing great!!" when they'd come out to get other patients while my son was back in the operating room. They made sure he was safe and knew how to calm an anxious mama's fears. My son will still tell you today that he's not afraid of the dentist! The staff also called us later that evening to check on him! Would use them again in a heartbeat!September 12, 2017by Emily Miranda
